Director (Mrs. Dana) & Husband (Joey Privette)
Before becoming Director, Mrs. Dana taught Pre-K for 27 years. In church she has worked with nursery, toddlers, preschoolers, youth, singles ministry, and children with disabilities. She also had the privilege to lead praise and worship at church. Mrs. Dana has been blessed with her husband of 33 years, and together they have 3 daughters, 1 son, and 6 grandsons.

Renee Beck
Associate Director & Finance Director
Transitional Kindergarten Teacher
Mrs. Renee has taught preschool for 13 years. She has worked in preschool Sunday school, taught GEMS (girls K-5th grade), and elementary age Sunday school for 15 years. She also served as part of the family ministry team at church. Mrs. Renee has been married to her husband (Robbie) for 20 years, and they have 2 sweet children together. She is known for her devotion and hard work as well as always willing to help in any circumstance.

5 Day 4’s Teacher
Ms. Kayla has taught Pre-K for 12 years at Faith, Primrose, and Amelia Academy. She has worked with children with disabilities, and preschool aged children at church. She is known for going above and beyond her call of duty as well as being very hands on with work. She lets her creativity shine through.

Toni Lippman
5 Day 4’s Teacher
Mrs. Toni was a lead teacher at Kid’s Educational Center for three years & has been a licensed insurance agent for the last 8 years. This will be her first year at FPA and we are so excited to see her creativity shine in the classroom. She loves spending time with her family and has a 4 year old son, Lucas. She enjoys working with children and traveling — especially Disney World. She looks forward to teaching with FPA and making a difference in the lives of her students.

Traci Strickland
MWF 3’s Teacher
Traci is a proud mother of two grown children and a Mimi to 3 precious grandchildren. She taught for a little while at Faith Preschool when her children were little and then she began homeschooling. She was a substitute teacher with Wake County Public schools once her children graduated. Her favorite age to teach is pre-k. After Covid, she ran a preschool in her home until recently. She is now ready and excited to get back into the classroom! She believes that learning can and should be fun especially when they are young!

JaLisa Faison
5 Day 3’s Teacher
JaLisa is a wife to her husband Carl and a mother of 2 beautiful girls Payton and Preslie. She has been in childcare for over 18 years. She loves to work with children of all ages. She has an early childhood education background and has taught Sunday school and Bible studies since she was 18. She has worked at different types of childcares from Montessori to churches to preschools and we are so excited to have her Godly spirit on our team. “Ive always been someone who chased after Gods heart and wanted to please God. My calling has always been to help children of all ages learn about Christ. I love to keep a positive atmosphere for children and parents because it’ll always set the tone for the day.”

Edie Overton
MWF 2’s Teacher
Mrs. Edie has been teaching for 19 years. One year in the 18 months class, and 18 years in the 2’s. Mrs. Edie also taught Awanas and worked in the nursery for 4 years. Mrs. Edie is known for her loving heart and how she loves on the kids in her class. She also makes the transition from mom to preschool a wonderful experience.

Dianne Hill
MWF 2’s Assistant
Mrs. Dianne started working in the preschool setting in November of 2020, but has kept children in her home setting for 21 years. She also worked in the church nursery for 3 years. Mrs. Dianne is known to wear many hats from floating, subbing, assisting, and teaching. She always comes in each day with a joyful heart and attitude.

Casey Weaver
18-24 Month Teacher
Mrs. Casey has taught dance at Expressions of Worship and she will be starting her 2nd year teaching the 18-24 months class. Mrs. Casey also works with outpatient therapy. She is absolutely amazing at what she does and you can always catch her with a smile. Her and her husband have 3 precious boys together. Mrs. Casey is known for teaching with her Godly heart.

Joy Perry
18/24 Months Teacher/Assistant
Last year was Mrs. Joy’s first year assisting in preschool and she loved it so much she decided she would teach her own class this year. She recently retired from insurance after 44 years. She has been married to her husband, Danny for 53 years. Together they have 3 children, 9 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.

Carolyn Ferguson
Floater
Mrs. Carolyn worked 25 years with the Veterans Administration, 10 years in the banking industry, and 2 years with the NC Aquarium Society. She states that her most valuable time was when she was working with children in the nursery, lead teaching the 2 year olds, 4 year olds, and 14 year old girls, as well as Awanas. Mrs. Carolyn has been in the preschool setting for 3 years. She has 1 daughter and 2 grandchildren. Mrs. Carolyn is known for her sweet spirit and how much she loves Jesus. She will pray with you, laugh with you, and cry with you, but most importantly she will love you. Mark 10:14 When Jesus saw this, he was indignant. He said to them, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.

Judeane Lewis

Mrs. Judeane worked 20 years in the school system as a TA with 12 of those years being in kindergarten. She was a first responder and the diabetic care manager at the school before retiring. Mrs. Judeane retired from Franklin County EMS as a paramedic. She has been married to her husband (Lynn) for 43 years and together they have 2 children, and 1 granddaughter. This will be her 3rd year in the preschool setting, and she is known for her giving heart. She goes above and beyond all expectations and we couldn’t be any luckier to have her on our team.

Sandy Wells
Floater
This will be Sandy’s first year at Faith. You will always see her with a bubbly smile on her face. She has great communication skills and has been around children all her life. She will be expecting her first baby this summer with her husband Hunter. She loves with her whole heart and would do anything for anyone. We are so excited to add her to our team this year.
